Before booking our service, please review the following details to ensure a smooth and hassle-free journey:

1. Two-vehicle transfer process:

Your transfer will involve two separate vehicles:

• The first vehicle will take you to the Cambodia-Vietnam border.
• Cars are not permitted to travel between the Moc Bai (Vietnam) and Bavet (Cambodia) administration buildings, so you will need to walk approximately 300 meters with your baggage. Once get to Vietnam, it’s an additional 100-meter walk to the designated meeting point, where the next driver & car will be waiting to take you to Ho Chi Minh City.

Both transfers are private, ensuring you will not share the vehicles with other passengers.

2. Passport and Entry Responsibility:

Our service includes the transfer (driver, fuel, and road tolls) but does not cover visa or immigration assistance. The immigration process is straightforward if you have all the required documents ready.

Please note:

• We are not responsible for any issues at passport control, such as visa problems or incomplete documents, which may result in the denial of entry into Cambodia or Vietnam.
